- Too much to do with not enough time to do it.
- A never ending, way too optimistic to do list that never gets finished.
- You know what you should be doing to grow your blog, but you never seem to find the time.
- You feel like you’re drowning in todos and never get time to work on your business because you’re so busy working in your business.
I get it, friend. You need some serious help! But I also understand that it can be really scary to trust someone else to do what you do. What if they share something you wouldn’t have shared? What if they don’t understand how to put together a blog post?
“Kaylene has been working with me since last winter, and she is wonderful to work with! I can send her my ideas and a general vision of what I want her to do, and somehow she can turn my jumbled thoughts into something amazing! She has researched & written blog posts for me, created images, helped me with Pinterest, and even compiled an ebook. If you need someone who does great work with good turnaround, she’s your girl. :)” – Lena at What Mommy Does
That’s why you don’t just need a VA. You need a blogger. Someone who understands how to make a post work for Google and Pinterest search. Someone who can understand that Twitter and Facebook require completely different content. A blogger who knows what it means to be “ghost banned” on StumbleUpon and knows how to manage an editorial calendar.
That’s where I come in. I’ve been blogging for a year and a half, and I spend a ridiculous amount of time keeping up to date on the blogging industry. Bottom line? I specialize in being a “second you” in your business, because let’s face it, we all need more hours in the day.
I can give you back your hours.
“Kaylene’s marketing helped my website viewership increase by 40%. The way she worded my marketing content made me eager to perform the call to action myself! Throughout the entire process of working together, Kaylene kept my needs first and communicated thoroughly. Describing her in 5 words: responsible, timely, genuine, warm, and incredible! I highly recommend using Kaylene to help grow your business.” – Natasha from Heart of the Woods

As a general idea of rates, my work typically starts at $20/hour or $25/post. These rates aren’t guaranteed and can vary by project, but I want to give you an idea of what to expect. I also take on a very limited number of clients at a time, so the clients that I’m working with have a lot of flexibility.
